SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Shipping Policy
All deliveries and shipping are done in batches two times per week based on order time.
shipping within and outside Abuja is done every Wednesday and Saturday.
Shipping within Abuja typically takes 24 hours while shipping to other states within Nigeria can take 3 to 5 Business days to get to the customer.
For customers ordering outside of Nigeria, shipping and delivery can take up to 10 business days depending on logistic services used.
All Customers whose items have been shipped outside of Abuja will recieve a tracking number for their order while customer within Abuja will be contacted by our logistic Dispatch delivery partner company.

Return & Exchange Policy
We run a strict no cash refund policy, in case of verified product abnormalitythe below conditions may apply.
1)The customer can exchanges the product but pay the price difference if the new product is more expensive than the original product or get a store voucher to cover the difference if the new product is cheaper than the original product.
2) All product picked up in good condition in store cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
3)All product characteristics will be duly indicated in the description for clarity sake, so returns based on size mismatch can only be exchanged when it is clarly assertained that the mistake is from us.
4) All product returns based on abnormality must be returned with dressroom tag and in the same condition it was delivered.
